Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide email support and respond to general inquiries
- Greet visitors, vendors, and clients and ensure a positive first impression
- Receive, log, and route incoming mail, packages, and samples to appropriate departments
- Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic data entry
- Help maintain office supplies and coordinate reorders when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front desk role preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills
- Proficient with basic office technology (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
