Our client, a dynamic law firm, is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to support legal recruiting efforts for the DC office. If you are enthusiastic about connecting with candidates, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on all aspects of recruitment for lateral associates, as well as the summer program.
- Coordinate on-campus and in-person interview logistics.
- Manage candidate outreach and correspondence, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Produce reports on the candidate interview process and ensure accuracy within the ATS system.
About You:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in lateral and/or campus recruiting are required, at a law firm or professional consulting firm.
- Experience with campus or graduate recruiting is highly desired.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
About the Position:
- $85K-95K, depending on experience.
- Hybrid with 3-5 days on-site in Washington, DC.
- 100% on-site during the summer months.
