Our client, a mission-based start-up focused on transforming our modern economy, has an immediate need for an indefinite temporary Operations & Project Manager to partner with initiative leads and external vendors to run the operational infrastructure in Washington, DC, starting ASAP!
About the Job:
- Own operational planning and execution, maintain unified view of timelines, and support cross-program learning.
- Ensure programs have the tools and workflow setups needed to ensure smooth movement through capital pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging tools that will make a strong impact.
- Evaluate and document AI-enabled workflows and work to build team confidence in AI.
- Support projects through other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant administrative support or program coordination experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Asana, Slack, HubSpot, etc.
- Self-starter with strong confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
- Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
About the Position:
- $38/hr-$48/hr, depending on experience.
- $90k-$100k, when permanent, DOE.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.
- Office in Washington, DC.
