Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a temporary Legal Recruiting Specialist to support legal recruiting efforts by coordinating end-to-end processes for various candidate-types.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on all aspects of the program including planning events, budget monitoring, orientation, etc.
- Liaise with relevant departments and act as a key point of contact.
- Manage candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and onboarding logistics.
- Produce candidate reports and ensure accuracy of the ATS system.
- Manage and support the program through additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience are required, ideally at a law firm.
- Experience with campus or graduate recruiting is highly desired.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and viRecruit is required.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
- Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Position Information:
- $36/hr-$42/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months with a strong potential for extension.
- If permanent, converts to a salary of $85k-$97k, DOE.
- Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days on-site in Washington, DC.
- 100% on-site during the summer months.
