Our client, a global policy organization, is seeking a Travel & Event Coordinator to join their team!
About the Role:
- Coordinates organizational travel and event logistics, with a primary focus on international travel scheduling, planning, and execution.
- Plans and manages offsite events, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, participant registration, and end‑to‑end logistics.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the travel agency, develops event management SOPs, liaises with vendors and stakeholders, and tracks expenses and program budgets.
- Ensures seamless domestic and international travel operations while providing office administrative support as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience managing international travel and event coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Keen ability to multitask and manage various events at different locations
About the Position:
- Pays $28-$33/hour
- Schedule is hybrid, 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
- Flexibility to work odd hours at times is required to accommodate various time zones overseas
- Office located in DC (Metro accessible!)
