Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced, professional services environment. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA (4 days onsite / 1 day remote), working Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $40-$41/hour. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting (Concur)
- Draft and edit executive materials such as presentations, correspondence, and meeting notes
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support expense management, document preparation, and file organization
- Assist with office logistics including equipment, meals, and meeting setup
- Represent the firm professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Provide ad hoc and off‑hours support as needed
Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Concur experience a plus
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong judgment and discretion
- Financial services or private equity experience is a plus, but not required
