Our client is a fast growing, highly respected professional services organization seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its CEO and Founder. This is a critical, high visibility role for a seasoned EA who thrives in a fast paced environment and is accustomed to supporting senior executives with significant internal and external exposure.
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless day to day operations, anticipating needs, and maintaining a high level of professionalism across all interactions. This role is strictly business focused with no personal support responsibilities.
What you will do
In this role, you will be deeply embedded in the CEO’s day to day operations and serve as a key extension of the executive office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex, high volume calendars and scheduling across internal leaders, clients, and board members
- Coordinating meetings, executive communications, and logistics with precision and discretion
- Preparing materials for board meetings, leadership meetings, and client interactions
- Creating and editing presentations, including PowerPoint decks for executive and board level audiences
- Serving as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, clients, and external stakeholders
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism
- Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and keeping the CEO organized and prepared
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed
What we are looking for
This role requires a true senior level Executive Assistant who is polished, confident, and comfortable operating at the highest levels of an organization.
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience supporting C suite, EVP, or SVP level executives in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation support experience
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions oriented under pressure
Preferred background:
- Experience supporting a CEO or founder
- Exposure to board level interactions and client facing environments
Work environment
- Onsite in Cleveland, Ohio, five days per week
- Standard business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- No weekend work required
