Client Services Associate
Location: Frisco, TX
Schedule: Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Work‑From‑Home
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Position Summary
The Client Services Associate is the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role involves customer communication, order processing, coordination with logistics, and ongoing account support. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional, friendly manner

Provide product and service information and identify opportunities to share additional offerings

Enter and verify sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product numbers, and shipping/billing details

Send order confirmations and maintain updated client account records

Coordinate with logistics to track orders and communicate status updates

Send weekly open‑order updates to clients

Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, including coordinating returns and replacements

Work closely with internal teams (logistics, shipping, quality control) to ensure smooth order flow

Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, delivery timelines, and promotional offerings
Required Qualifications

Customer service or account management experience (email‑heavy environments preferred)
