Our client, a global alternative asset management firm, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Credit Team in their NYC office. This is a 6 month assignment with flexibility to extend. This will be in office 4 days with 1 day work from home. Hours are generally 8/8:30 – 5/5:30.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, process, and submit expenses
- Assist with the set up and break down of meetings including ordering catering and cleaning it up after.
- Schedule and coordinate domestic and international travel as needed
- Develop strong understanding of team goals and align work to support those goals in collaboration with colleagues
- Balance multiple priorities and work proactively to anticipate conflicts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years prior corporate office experience
- Mastery of managing expenses
- Driven professional capable of working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
