Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers and enter reservations for trips
- Email reservations to internal and external recipients
- Enter customer payment information during booking
- Provide quality customer service by answering customer’s questions quickly and professionally
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Customer service skills and/or prior industry experience
- Transportation industry experience is a plus
