Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Administrator (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to a fast-paced recruiting team. This contract role will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support the full hiring process from interview coordination through offer generation.

Contract Details

  • Contract Duration: ~3 months
  • Potential to Extend: Yes
  • Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour
  • Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruiting team
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Maintain candidate files and update internal databases and tracking systems
  • Review resumes and assist with employment history verification and reference checks
  • Coordinate with external employment agencies as needed
  • Generate and distribute offer letters
  • Support hiring managers and client groups throughout the selection and hiring process

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
