Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across assigned business units.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
- Conduct regular check‑ins with business units to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to recommend and implement effective HR programs, policies, and solutions.
- Support leaders with organizational design, succession planning, hiring strategies, and job redesign decisions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to identify hiring needs and employee development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Support onboarding and new employee orientation processes.
- Contribute to organizational planning and culture initiatives as a member of the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR business partner or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
