Our client, a mission driven non-profit organization, is seeking an Executive Operations Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About the Job:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Office.
- Support the Executive Director and Senior Management Team with scheduling, communications, meetings, and special projects.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for Board and senior leadership meetings
- Manage executive operations, confidential information, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with care.
About The Position:
- Start date: ASAP!
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Pay: $30-$43/hr, depending on years of experience
- Hybrid schedule: 1 day per week on site
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
