Our client, a technology company, is seeking a File Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis in Herndon, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Sort, organize, file, scan, and digitize physical documents.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs and filing systems.
- Retrieve records and assist with archiving and purging files.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Operate office equipment and provide light office support.
About You:
- 1+ year of office or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
About The Position:
- $21.50/hr
- Part‑time, 30 hours/week
- Fully onsite
