Our client a technology company, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis for a few days in Sterling, Viriginia.
About The Job:
* Provide polished front desk coverage, greeting visitors and answering calls in a professional manner.
* Support daily office needs, including stocking supplies and assisting with light office upkeep.
* Provide light administrative support including scheduling, calendar assistance, and basic document preparation.
* Liaise with building management or vendors for minor requests.
About You:
* Previous front desk or administrative experience in a professional office setting.
* Strong communication skills with a polished, approachable demeanor.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.
About The Position:
* $28-$30/hr
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: 9am – 5pm
* Temporary for a few days covering a leave, potential to extend!
