Our client, a private equity firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking for a Part Time‑Temporary Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their team. This position will start April 13th as an open‑ended part‑time temp assignment and will operate on an in‑office schedule between the hours of 9am-4pm. Compensation is 25-30/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Sit at reception; greet guests and manage visitor flow
- Receive and organize mail
- Order food delivery
- Restock fridge/snacks using FreshDirect or Peapod
- Ensure reception area is monitored and guests are never left unattended
- Provide light office support as needed
- Use Outlook for communication and scheduling needs
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Warm, bubbly, team‑player personality
- Comfort sitting at reception full‑time
- Strong communication skills
- Outlook experience
- Must be reliable and proactive
