Our client, a professional services firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start ASAP and serve for a 3‑month duration and will operate on an in‑office schedule between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm. Compensation is $33-$35/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Call and email clients on behalf of Partners
- Draft and proofread documents, memos, and presentations
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Adjust travel logistics as needed
- Maintain electronic files
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Support large meetings, retreats, and events
- Submit monthly expenses
- Collaborate with EA team for coverage
- Track correspondence and data in CRM
- Provide general administrative and research support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administrative/executive support experience
- Professional services or consulting experience preferred
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable with confidential information
- Calm, organized, and adaptable
- Solution-focused and proactive
