Our client, a specialized alternative asset management firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will be fully in office between the hours of 8:30am-5/5:30pm with some flexibility for overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Provide traditional EA support including heavy calendar management
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel
- Prepare, track, and submit expenses
- Provide high‑touch support to the CIO
- Support the Head of Multisector Credit and Head of Leveraged Finance (light support for teams)
- Act as point of coordination between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure executives stay on schedule and do not miss meetings or investor calls
- Collaborate with a tight‑knit EA team and support firmwide administrative efficiency
- Opportunity to take on additional projects over time
Qualifications:
- 5+ years EA experience ideally out of Finance
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Strong calendar, travel & expense management skills
- Extremely organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
- Able to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation:
- Salary is $100K-$130K base + bonus (hourly in line while temping)
