Our client, a legal firm, is looking for a Legal Recruiting Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
Support attorney, law clerk, and law student recruiting efforts
Manage job postings, recruiting logistics, and track candidates
Assist with law school recruiting, interviews, and on‑campus events
Support summer associate program administration and events
Assist with onboarding and recruiting projects as needed
About You:
5+ years of law firm recruiting experience
Strong knowledge of attorney and law student recruiting processes
Clear communicator with a positive, professional attitude
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/recruiting systems

$38-$45/hr
