Our client, a confidential higher education nonprofit institution, is seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide part‑time, temporary executive‑level support to senior finance and investment leadership. This onsite role is based in Waltham, MA and offers 17-20 hours per week within standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM), with flexibility on schedule as long as it remains consistent. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior finance and investment executives
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive correspondence
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, and presentations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Support office operations, budget tracking, and basic financial reporting
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Candidate Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Experience within finance, investment, operations, or higher education environments preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proven discretion handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting
