Our client, a global investment firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant for a maternity leave coverage. This position will serve from early May for 2-3 weeks of virtual training, and coverage runs from mid June through January 2027, and will operate on a fully remote schedule between the hours of 8:30am-5:30/6pm. Compensation up to $45/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of up to 3 fast-paced executives
- Complex calendar management with prioritization and conflict resolution
- Domestic + international travel planning, including multi‑time‑zone itineraries and last‑minute changes
- Process and reconcile expense reports
- Track follow-ups, action items, and deal process workflow
- Liaise with portfolio company executives, investors, advisors, and internal/external stakeholders
- Professional phone coverage with discretion
- Remote offsite support July 26-28 (travel, scheduling, troubleshooting)
- Assist with personal/family travel as needed
- Maintain high responsiveness and flexibility
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Communicate professionally, both written and verbal
Qualifications:
- Senior-level EA experience, ideally within financial services
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent
- Thrives in fast-paced, high‑demand environments
