Our clients, a leading law firm is looknig for a Conference Center Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Ensure conference rooms and common areas are maintained to a high standard
* Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk and office operations
* Oversee daily reception desk activities, visitor management, and phone coverage
* Manage conference room scheduling, setup/breakdown, and meeting support
* Coordinate catering, vendors, and office hospitality services
* Support facilities needs, office safety procedures, and day to day operations
About You:
* 1+ years of experience in a professional services environment
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
* Client service mindset with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working with all levels of staff, including leadership
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP
* $24-$26/hr
* Fully onsite
