Our client, a real estate company, is seeking a Retail Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert, in Tysons Corner, Viriginia.
About The Job:
- Manage a portfolio of retail shopping centers and oversee day-to-day property operations
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, expense tracking, variance reporting, and reforecasts
- Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and service agreements
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property condition, compliance, and safety
- Manage capital improvement planning and large maintenance projects
- Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable for the portfolio
- Collaborate with project and development teams to support tenant deliveries and openings
About You:
- 5+ years of experience managing retail shopping centers or similar properties
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing multiple properties or a property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of leases, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer-focused with experience working with tenants and service providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work onsite and perform regular property inspection
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Temporary-to-Hire
- $55.28-$62.50/hr while on contract
- $115k-$130k
- 100% onsite in Tysons Corner, VA
