Our client, a media non-profit, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Viriginia.
About The Job:
* Manage Vice Presidents’ calendars, meetings, and shifting schedules
* Coordinate travel logistics, conferences, and registrations
* Support Vice Presidents with projects, communications, and event preparation
* Arrange meetings, including rooms, catering, AV, and materials
* Prepare travel and expense reports
* Process department invoices accurately and timely
* Provide backup administrative support to senior leadership
* Assist with general administrative duties as assigned
About You:
* 1+ year of professional office or administrative experience
* Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
* Highly detail oriented and proactive
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Experience with travel and meeting coordination
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
* $25-$27/hr
* Hybrid: 2 days onsite in Arlington, VA
