Our client, a national non-profit, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
* Provide accurate referrals to approved agencies and community programs.
* Recognize when a caller requires a higher level of support and escalate or transfer appropriately.
* Follow established call center protocols, performance standards, and quality guidelines.
* Document all interactions and complete required reporting in CRM systems
* Support a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
About You:
* 1+ year of call center, customer service, or data entry experience
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Bilingual English/Spanish is required
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
* $20/hour while temp, converting to a salary of $42.5K
* Metro accessible in Washington, DC
* Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
