Job Summary:

Front Desk/Admin

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk/Admin to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for a dependable self-starter who enjoys being the first point of contact and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet visitors warmly, respond to inquiries, and direct guests appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area and shared office spaces
  • Operate standard office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines, and postage systems
  • Log and track incoming calls, visitors, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Maintain and organize general office filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed
  • Assist with processing business licenses and registrations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional office or front desk environment
  • Experience handling a multi-line phone system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance record
