Our client, a large association based in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a direct hire Call Center Representative to provide customer service in support of membership growth and retention!
About the Job:
- Responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries related to billing, claims, and general service support.
- Conduct outbound calls related to membership retention and new business/member outreach.
- Update member information and preference within the database.
- Collaborate across teams and provide additional support to projects as needed.
About You:
- 2+ years of call center experience is required; experience working within a regulated industry is preferred.
- College degree highly preferred, but not required.
- Detail-oriented with a customer service attitude and empathetic approach to providing support.
- Strong technical skills with experience using a multi-line phone system and CRM database.
About the Position:
- $21-$22/hour (DOE), plus overtime eligibility.
- On-site 5x/week for the first 90-days, before transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 2-3x/week in the Falls Church, VA office – free parking on-site!
- Hours for this position are 9:30am-6:00pm
