Our client, a national association, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative support to the SVP of Government and Public Affairs
* Manage calendars and schedule internal and external meetings
* Coordinate travel and submit expense reports
* Order office supplies and support daily office operations
* Format letters and distribute correspondence as appropriate
* Process invoices, contracts, travel, and expense reimbursements using Concur and NetSuite
* Support budgeting and administrative operations
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* Prior experience working in Washington, DC and interacting with Congress or regulatory agencies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
* Collaborative, proactive, and willing to pitch in as needed
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
About The Position
- Start Date: ASAP
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
* $26-$28/hr
* Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite
