Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in North Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Support the Property Operations team to ensure tenant obligations and site standards are met
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, questions, and issue resolution
- Coordinate facilities, janitorial, security, and vendor-related requests
- Enter, track, and close work orders; code AP invoices and check requests
- Assist with financial reporting, accruals, and expense tracking
- Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notifications
- Support Property Managers with contracts, vendor documentation, and special projects
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proven ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently
- Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with property management software preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Temp‑to‑Perm
- $30-$31/hr
- Perm Salary Range: $60-65K
- Schedule: Full‑time (approximately 40 hours/week)
- 100% onsite
