Our client, a national trade association, is seeking a Foundation Program Coordinator to join team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Viriginia.
About The Job:
* Coordinate logistics for foundation programs and research initiatives, including meetings, schedules, and communications
* Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
* Draft summaries, briefing materials, and external communications related to foundation work
* Support fellowship and scholarship programs, including applications, reviews, and cohort coordination
* Assist with preparation for Board meetings, including Board Books and presentation materials
* Provide administrative support including billing, scheduling, agendas, and action-item tracking
* Assist with foundation events, including planning, attendee logistics, and follow-up
About You:
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong follow-through
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or project tools a plus
* Professional discretion and comfort handling confidential information
About The Position:
* Start date: ASAP!
* $29-$31/hr
* Converting to a salary between $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience
* Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite
