Our client, a trade association, is seeking a Part-time Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team on a temporary basis remotely.
About The Job:
- Review, edit, and draft member- and industry-facing marketing and communications content
- Support newsletters, emails, social copy, and campaign materials using established templates
- Assist with event communications, including leadership remarks, slides, daily briefs, and post-event recaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing deliverables and editorial calendars
- Help manage marketing and industry inboxes and track media coverage and outreach
- Attend marketing meetings and provide additional support where needed
About You:
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing or communications
- Experience with associations or membership organizations preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing tools
- Sound judgment and ability to translate technical content for broad audiences
About The Position:
- Start date: ASAP!
- 27-$30/hr – depending on experience
- Office located in Washington, DC
- Monday-Friday, 20-30 hrs/week
