About the Project
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented individual to support an office move by organizing and managing physical files currently stored in a storage unit. This short‑term role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working independently and handling sensitive documents with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and categorize physical files stored in a storage unit
- Prepare documents for long‑term storage, scanning, or disposal as directed
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, labeling, and scanning
- Transport documents or items between the storage unit, office, and post office as needed
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive materials
- Provide progress updates and communicate any issues that arise during the project
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in administrative work, filing, or document management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a storage‑unit environment (lifting boxes, moving files, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professionalism and reliability throughout the project duration
Schedule & Compensation
- Full‑time or near full‑time hours for 2-3 weeks
- Schedule may be flexible depending on project needs
