Our client, a national association, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (evening shift) to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers via phone, email, chat, text, and voicemail
- Assess caller needs and provide accurate referrals to approved agencies, programs, and community resources
- Transfer or escalate callers requiring a higher level of support
- Follow established call center protocols, performance standards, and quality guidelines
- Document all interactions and complete required reporting in CRM systems
- Support a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
About You:
- Relevant experience in human services is required
- Minimum 2 years of college
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
About The Position
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM
- $19-$20/hour

- Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite
