Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Legal Staff Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media platforms, and open‑web tools
* Conduct first‑level resume screening in a high‑volume recruiting environment
* Build, organize, and manage candidate pipelines and shortlists
* Perform proactive candidate outreach to support active requisitions
* Track candidate activity and progress in Workday
* Support recruiting operations across multiple business functions
* Partner closely with the internal recruiting team
About You:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment
* Prior recruiting experience required; law firm experience strongly preferred
* Demonstrated strength in candidate sourcing and pipeline development
* Hands‑on experience with an ATS (Workday strongly preferred)
* Familiarity with social media recruiting and open‑web sourcing techniques
* Highly organized, efficient, and proactive
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
* $39-$47/hr
* Location: Reston, VA
* Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
