Midtown based staffing agency is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to commit for three months with potential to extend. This role starts ASAP!
Responsibilities required:
- Perform daily morning setup, including organizing meeting rooms, restocking supplies (pens, tissues, sanitizer, water, mints), checking printers, bathrooms, and deliveries, and preparing interview spaces.
- Manage visitor coordination by maintaining the NYC Visitors Calendar, linking candidates to recruiters, confirming arrivals with security, greeting candidates, offering hospitality (coat check, water, restroom access), and communicating room assignments to recruiters.
- Oversee kitchen operations with full daily checks and weekly maintenance, including stocking beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, utensils, and cleaning refrigerators; track inventory, receive orders, and organize storage across kitchen and supply areas.
- Support office operations through inventory management for internal events (e.g., Thirsty Thursday), maintaining supply closets, and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks such as expenses, travel, and event planning.
- This role works in tandem with another office coordinator and reports into a remote based Administrative Manager.
- Hours are 8:30am -5:30pm
- Up to 35/hr.
