High-profile hedge fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to join a close-knit, collaborative team. This position will require 5 days on-site from 8:30am-5:30/6pm (with flexibility). The role will begin as soon as they find the right person and will last for at least 1 month with the potential to extend. Compensation is up to $40/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses
- Organizing calls and meetings
- Ordering/picking up team lunches
- Help with ad-hoc needs
- Managing other ad hoc requests to keep the team running seamlessly
Qualifications:
- 5+ years EA experience, finance background is a plus
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong presentation, willingness to meet/greet investors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- No-fuss, no-nonsense approach, anticipate needs, and deliver with grace
