Our client, a national real estate company, is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months in Arlington, Viriginia.
About The Job:
- Support sourcing and supplier relationship management teams with daily contract and supplier activities
- Draft, edit, and maintain contract documents, amendments, and service orders
- Handle contract‑related correspondence with internal stakeholders
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain Certificates of Insurance and upload documentation to SharePoint
- Track and document supplier communications, requests for information, and key decisions
- Assist with RFx processes, including normalizing responses and identifying outliers
- Conduct basic analysis and reporting (spend trends, supplier metrics, contract milestones)
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience drafting, reading, and administering contract documents
- Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, or contract databases preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP for 3 months
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- $25-$28/hour
- Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite
