Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Technical Support Rep to join their support service team. This contract role (Chicagoland-based candidates preferred) is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service across phone and email channels.
Responsibilities:

Deliver Tier I technical training and software support to advisors, ensuring their proficiency in the Innovayte platform, system tools, and procedures.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone and email.
- Resolve client inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
- Communicates effectively and handles multiple priorities while maintaining professional and positive attitude.
- Acts as a liaison for sales, operations, advisors, clients, and Innovayte vendors.
- Collaborates with the team on projects and contributes to a cohesive work atmosphere.
- Provides coverage and back-up support to other CSSs, Senior CSSs, and team members.
- Coordinates the preparation, approval, and release of each advisor’s performance reports.
- Handles escalated issues and provides proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
