We’re hiring a Peer Sharing Coordinator to support outreach and event recruitment for a growing peer forum program.
This role focuses on connecting with professionals by phone and email to drive attendance for virtual and in‑person forums. Training, tools, and scripts are provided. You bring the energy, communication skills, and willingness to pick up the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound phone calls and sending emails to invite members and prospects to participate in peer sharing forums and events
* Managing outreach lists and supporting event registration efforts
* Clearly explaining forum details and answering basic attendee questions
* Partnering with the Peer Sharing team to meet attendance goals
* Learning the organization’s offerings and messaging through provided training
* Tracking outreach activity and results using CRM and internal tools
* Helping build and maintain positive relationships with members
Outreach Expectations
- Approximately 100 calls per day
* Approximately 200 emails per day
This role is outreach‑heavy and best suited for someone who is comfortable with volume and consistency.
What They’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence speaking on the phone throughout the day
* Experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, or administrative support is helpful
* Event experience is a plus but not required
* Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
* Organized with strong follow‑through

- Fully remote position
* 4‑month contract
* 40 hours per week
* Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may fluctuate slightly)
* No travel required
* No overtime
