Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking an Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Position:
- Provide administrative and operational support for day‑to‑day property management activities
- Assist with lease administration, tenant files, contracts, and certificates of insurance
- Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and vendor services
- Support tenants move‑ins/move‑outs, communications, and tenant service initiatives
- Track delinquencies, tenant bill‑backs, and assist with financial reporting and budgets
- Conduct property inspections and support oversight of service providers
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of commercial property management required
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- Customer‑service focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems
About The Position:
- $29-$32/hr
- Conversion Salary: $70K-$76K, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC
