Our client, a nonprofit organization located in NoMad, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part‑Time Temp EA/Admin to support the CEO. This position is expected to run through July 2026, with potential to extend. The role will start on/around Monday, April 27th and follows a hybrid schedule, with Tuesday and Wednesday onsite and Monday and Friday remote. The hours are part time, four hours daily, with flexibility to work either 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 5pm (tentative).
Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling for the CEO
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, partnering with a travel agent as needed
- Support general administrative tasks and ensure timely follow‑through on deliverables
- Utilize GSuite and internal systems to assist with scheduling and documentation
- Support ad hoc projects as needed by leadership and the People team
Qualifications:
- 6+ months administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
- Professional communication style and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
- Experience with GSuite required; familiarity with Salesforce and AI tools such as Claude is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- $30-$35/hour pay rate, depending on experience
