Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
- Coordinate board meetings and related committee activities
- Support special projects and liaise with executive leadership and external stakeholders
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of executive or senior‑level administrative experience
- High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $30-$33/hr
- Conversion Salary: $75K-$80K
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
