A client of ours is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join a high‑performing manufacturing facility that takes pride in quality, culture, and retention. This is a hands‑on recruiting role supporting hourly hiring while partnering closely with HR and plant leadership to keep operations running strong.

This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with candidates face to face, and owning the full hiring process for frontline roles. What You’ll Be Doing

* Recruit primarily for hourly manufacturing roles including packaging and general labor positions
* Support occasional salaried openings such as department leads or accounting roles
* Manage high applicant volume and screen for quality, reliability, and retention
* Partner closely with onsite HR to coordinate hiring events and onboarding
* Communicate regularly with hiring leaders on hiring status and priorities
* Track candidates, start dates, and onboarding progress using ATS and spreadsheets
* Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and complete onboarding experience
* Support other Midwest locations with similar roles once fully ramped

What They’re Looking For

* 3-5 years of recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting hourly or manufacturing populations strongly preferred
* Strong sourcing and screening skills
* Comfortable working onsite in a plant environment
* Clear, confident communicator who partners well with HR and leadership
* Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
* Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred


Role Details

* Contract‑to‑hire opportunity
* Onsite, five days per week
* Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch
* Parking available onsite
* Competitive hourly rate with strong conversion potential
