We are working with a real estate company looking for an Recruiter to join their team for three months. This role will be focused on recruiting professional and tech sales roles and is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process while building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and senior business leaders
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to create clear job profiles, scorecards, and assessment strategies
- Proactively source talent through networking, referrals, and market research to build a strong pipeline
- Lead candidate debriefs and align stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience
- Leverage recruiting tools and technology to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years recruiting experience, specifically for tech sales positions
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the senior level
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (Workday and Avature a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- Tech-savvy with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
