Our client, a real estate services is seeking a Corporate Concierge to join their team on a temporary basis in McLean, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, supporting front desk and lobby operations
- Assist with building access badges and provide campus/building information
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot workplace service issues, and ensure timely follow-up
- Support workplace services including mailroom, parking, and conference room coordination
- Maintain organized, professional front desk and lobby areas
- Partner with facilities, transportation, and vendors to support daily operations
- Anticipate needs and deliver high-touch, hospitality-driven service while escalating risks as needed
- Assist with events and support general administrative and operational functions
About You:
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- 1+ years prior relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with strong service orientation
- Background in hospitality, facilities, property management, or administrative support preferred
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
About The Position:
- Temporary for a 3+ months
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- $20/hr
- Fully on-site
