This temporary Administrative Clerk position provides critical support to a team of License Specialists during a high‑volume summer period. Workload increases significantly due to annual Continuing Education (CEU) and license renewal deadlines for active real estate agents, which typically occur in June and July. The role focuses on customer service, administrative support, and assisting with time‑sensitive licensing activities to ensure smooth operations during peak season.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls from real estate agents and the public
- Respond to general inquiries related to real estate licensing, certifications, and renewal requirements
- Provide support with questions regarding Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for active agents
- Assist License Specialists with administrative tasks related to license applications and renewals
- Help manage and reduce application backlogs during peak volume periods
- Perform data entry, file review, and documentation support as needed
- Deliver courteous, accurate, and timely customer service in a fast‑paced environment
