Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a creative contract recruiter to join their team on a long-term temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for Product Management, Content & Analysis, and Marketing roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers on job requirements, postings, candidate evaluation, and feedback
- Source, screen, and manage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
- Maintain an active requisition load of approximately 12-15 roles at a time
- Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS
- Support process improvements and special recruiting initiatives as needed
About You:
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting Product Management & Marketin
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Hands‑on experience with Workday or a similar ATS
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exposure to AI recruiting tools is a strong plus
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
About The Position:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite

- $35-$38/hr
