Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to departmental operations
- Prepare, generate, and maintain reports, records, and spreadsheets
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources
- Maintain files, indexes, and documentation systems

- Conduct research and assist with purchasing office supplies, equipment, and services
- Prepare requisitions and support purchasing activities

Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and handle data entry tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
