Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Part time HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Rockville, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers to support full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Post job advertisements, review applications, and conduct phone screens
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate and schedule interviews via Zoom, including panel logistics
- Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS and SharePoint
- Support additional HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
About You:
- Foundational knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
About The Position:
- Start Date: Early May
- $26-$29/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite!
