Our client, a trade association, is seeking a client success coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, VA.
About The Job:
- Serve on the front line of the client experience, responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Act as a subject‑matter resource on programs, products, and services
- Assess and resolve low‑ to medium‑complexity inquiries while maintaining quality and performance standards
- Document all client interactions accurately within customer management systems
- Provide entry‑level troubleshooting and follow up on escalated inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
- Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements to enhance client experience
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Strong client‑facing, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail‑oriented with a strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Adaptable and effective in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $23-$25/hr
- Schedule: Full‑time, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
